Verge Yoga cares deeply about our beginner yoga students. We want you to have an empowering first yoga experience and thus have created various programs to support you.

Our most committed students are those that continually return and repeat our Starter Series Program (formerly known as Brand New Beginners). Many students take our Starter Series a few times or attend our Prime or Gentle class once per week.

Staying in a beginner’s mindset will help you to create the strong foundation necessary to practice yoga for the rest of your life!
