The Verge Stability Plus class offers variations of the poses offered in our popular Stability practice, challenging you to explore your body and mind on another level. We put the Plus in the practice by offering variations of familiar poses to bring the challenge level up a bit. While this class is appropriate for all levels, we strongly recommend you try the classic Verge Stability Class first.
In a Verge Flow Class, teachers will take you through the same series of poses each time. We call this a "templated class." Verge Flow 1 & Verge Flow 2 are carefully choreographed to give you a complete, full-body workout. If you are new to flow, we strongly suggest you experience Verge Flow 1 several times before you attend Verge Flow 2 due to the progression of skills. Please go to the full class schedule to register.)
Vinyasa Flow Yoga synchronizes your mind and body with breath to create a fluid, dynamic practice. When you are confident in your skills, challenge yourself with a Vinyasa Flow class! This class is held in a heated studio. Please note that for the winter months, we are adding a humidifier to all Vinyasa Flow classes for additional warmth.
Vinyasa Flow 75 is a 75-minute version of our 60-minute class. In a Vinyasa Flow class, we synchronize our mind and body with breath to create a fluid dynamic practice. You will feel like you are in a moving meditation as you link breath with movement to increase range of motion, build strength, dissolve tension and enhance clarity. This is a challenging physical practice, and we strongly recommend some Flow experience first, for example, our Verge Flow 1 or Verge Flow 2 class.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates principles of Chinese medicine. In this practice, poses are typically held for longer durations, ranging from 2 to 5 minutes. Props are utilized throughout the class to facilitate deeper sensation and movement. The primary objective of longer holds is to stretch and release fascia tissue, placing greater emphasis on this aspect rather than on muscle tissue. Yin Yoga is known for its ability to restore balance to more active yoga practices due to its slower pace and focus on breath work, Yin Yoga can also promote a calmer mind and reduce anxiety.
Treat yourself to our signature Restorative Yoga class with a bit of extra time in this 75 minute class. Poses are held for longer than in a conventional yoga class, and we use props with the purpose of relaxing the body and reducing stress levels. Sound healing with crystal singing bowls may be included in the extended relaxation towards the end of class. Absolutely no prior yoga experience is necessary. This is truly an all-levels class.
