Stability
A Daily Practice for Body and Mind
Your complete all-levels practice — where mindfulness meets movement — focuses on building a strong base of poses.
Stability is the complete workout for mind and body—building strength and flexibility while reducing stress. Stability encourages mindful movement through a series of poses which emphasizes breath and alignment principles. Verge Stability offers beginner to advanced students a deep experience of clarity, steadiness and well-being.

Flow
Daily Practice
Connect your breath and body in this dynamic practice as you explore variations of Stability poses. With a focus on mindfulness this well-paced vinyasa-style class combines deep breathing and fluid movement. Flow through a safe yet challenging sequence of poses that establishes mental alertness and physical strength and stability. Leave class feeling rinsed and rejuvenated.
Our Flow practice is not recommended for beginner yoga students.

Intelligent Functional Movement. Build muscular strength, joint stability and mental clarity in our non-heated BodyMind practice offering variations of “prime” yoga poses essential for overall wellbeing.

Daily Practice
Yin is an active recovery for the body and mind bringing balance to your yoga practice. Stretch and release fascia in longer held yin yoga poses while settling the mind with breathing practices and meditation.

Stability Plus
Supporting Practice. Take it to the next level!
Our Stability classes build the necessary strength, flexibility and stability to then safely explore the multitude of yoga poses that are available to us.
Verge’s Stability Plus class allows you the freedom to explore variations of our traditional Stability Poses and will challenge your to go deeper. This fun and invigorating class will awaken and strengthen your entire body while still settling your mind in true Verge fashion.

Flow Foundations
Supporting Practice
Brush up on your vinyasa or learn the basics from the best!
Flow Foundations will take you on a journey through a simple flow sequence at a moderate pace. This class is specifically designed for students who want to focus on form and technique, without feeling rushed from pose to pose. Students will experience the same basic format in each Flow Foundations class.
This class is perfect for the Stability student interested in “Flowing” and is also a fantastic way for current Flow students to deepen their understanding of their practice.




Yoga and Mindfulness Starter Series
Starter Instruction
This series includes (3) Instructional 75 minute Classes, a comprehensive Starter Series Handbook and unlimited classes for 30 days.
Our Starter Series teaches the fundamental principles that work quickly to improve your posture, alleviate pain and focus your mind. After your first class, you will feel relaxed and energized. Over three weeks, you will learn why yoga is a powerful and complete system of wellness.
